Medications

All student prescription medications are to be labelled and kept in the Office. All prescription medications to be administered at school require a form, signed by parent and doctor. This form must be updated each year. Please check with the office if your child requires this service.

If your child requires an occasional medicine (ie throat infection medication) to be administered at lunch time, please ask the pharmacist for the syrienge with a cap on it. This way, you only need to send that days dosage and there will be no worry of leaving the medicine at school.

This must be accompanied with the child’s name, dosage, time of dispensal and what it is for.
